Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Product previews, descriptions, and file details are provided to help you determine whether a resource is suitable for your needs.

Exceptions

We want you to have a positive experience with our resources. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help:

  • You receive a corrupted or damaged file.

  • You are unable to access or download your purchase.

  • The file you receive is materially different from the product description.

  • There is a technical problem that prevents the resource from functioning as intended.

In these situations, we may provide replacement files, troubleshooting assistance, or, where appropriate, a refund at our discretion.

Software and Compatibility

Some resources may require specific software to open, edit, or use as intended (for example, Adobe Reader, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Slides). Please review the product description for software requirements before purchasing.

Compatibility issues resulting from unsupported software, devices, operating systems, or user settings are not grounds for a refund. However, we are happy to provide reasonable support and troubleshooting assistance to help you access and use your purchase whenever possible.
