Get to know your new class in the first week of school with this print-and-go activity. Suitable for elementary, KS2 and KS3 this back-to-school printable will help you learn about students' strengths, likes, interests, and challenges.

The activity

Students are given a sheet with 26 prompts, each linked to a different letter of the alphabet. Most prompts are designed to have short answers so that the responses will fit easily in the boxes provided.

Responses do not need to begin with a specific letter of the alphabet.

What you need:

• 1 printed page per student (print on white or colored paper). There are 2 pages to choose from, with the prompts written slightly differently (first and second person point of view).
• Pen/pencil

Are the prompts editable?

You can edit the prompts in Google Slides or PowerPoint. A link will prompt you to make a copy for your Google Drive.

Other parts of the document (title, boxes, letters of the alphabet) are not editable.
