Frog life cycle sequence and fold science craft activity
Review the stages of the frog life cycle with this foldable activity. This cut-and-paste printable is differentiated, with options for both matching and sequencing the life cycle of a frog. A fun mix of craft and worksheet!
The finished foldout mini-books are ideal for sticking into an interactive science notebook. Use to support a lesson on pond life, amphibians, life cycles, frogs, or as a spring science center.
The template options
This PDF resource contains 5 different templates so that you can differentiate the activity if needed:

2. Four-part life cycle to color, match the description labels to the pictures, glue, cut, and fold.
3. Four-part life cycle to color, sequence the stages, glue, cut, and fold. Option to sequence stage names or short descriptions.
4. Six-part life cycle (eggs, embryos, tadpole, tadpole with legs, froglet, frog) to color, match the word labels to the pictures, glue, cut, and fold.
5. Larger six-part life cycle to color, sequence the stages, glue, cut, and fold. Option to sequence stage names or short descriptions.
Directions and pictures showing how to fold are included. Some children may need extra support with folding.
What else is included?
- Color life cycle posters (with 4 or 6 parts).
