The templates
There are 6 similar templates (matching and writing options), with slightly different vocabulary to allow to differentation. Just pick the option(s) that works best for your learners.
- Template 1: Students color the template, match the 4 labels to the pictures (midrib, petiole, vein, and blade), glue, cut out, and fold.
- Template 2: As above, but with ‘stalk’ instead of ‘petiole’.
- Template 3: Students color the template, match the 6 labels to the pictures (midrib, petiole, vein, blade, apex, and edge), glue, cut out, and fold.
- Template 4: As above, but with ‘stalk’ and ‘tip’ replacing ‘petiole’ and ‘apex’.
- Template 5: Writing option. Students color the template, write the name of each part next to the 4 pictures, cut out, and fold.
- Template 6: Writing option. Students color the template, write the name of each part next to the 6 pictures, cut out, and fold.
